Booking conditions

1. Unless expressly agreed, the customer shall not be entitled to the provision of specific rooms.

2. Booked rooms shall be available to the customer from 3 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival.

3. On the agreed departure date, rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

4. Reservations can be canceled up to 2 days before arrival until 6:00 p.m. (group reservations are excluded). After that, any changes and cancellations will be charged at up to 100% of the room price.

5. The customer is obliged to pay the agreed or applicable prices of Hotel Regina GmbH for the provision of the room and any other services used by him/her by the time of departure at the latest. If payment on account has been agreed (only possible for legal entities), payment must be made without deduction within 7 days of receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

6. All prices of Hotel Regina GmbH include service and statutory value added tax.

7. The guest acknowledges that smoking is not permitted in the hotel room. In the event of non-compliance, Hotel Regina GmbH may charge the guest compensation of €300 for the vacancy.

8. For the city of Darmstadt, we are required to levy a lodging tax of 2% on the net amount of the overnight stay and charge it to you.
